For an annual report, I build a coherent series of portraits, teams, sites and activities, planned from the shoot to work within an editorial layout in both print and digital formats.

An annual report brings together very different content: governance, teams, activities, locations, figures and perspectives. Photography can create a coherent visual thread between them and give a concrete presence to the people and work behind the organization.
In Geneva, I prepare this type of reportage around the real needs of the publication: board and leadership portraits, employees at work, locations, activities, professions and details. The aim is to produce a coherent series rather than a collection of isolated images.
I work upstream with the communications team to understand the report structure, the messages to illustrate and the layout constraints. Framing can then anticipate covers, double-page spreads, text areas and web versions.
The resulting series can then be reused, according to the agreed rights, on the website, in presentations, releases, social media and internal materials.
